On this page of the HUD you can hide the parts of your mesh body if those parts intersect with your mesh clothing. You can toggle small sections on and off on the mannequin, or use the quick selection buttons to toggle an entire area.

There are a few extra alpha sections added to the ankles and wrists.
Some mesh clothing makers use an alpha auto-hide script in their creations. This script will automatically hide the parts of your mesh body that need to be hidden for that clothing item. When the clothing item is detached, the body will automatically show these parts again. Everyone can pick up this auto-hide kit at the store(tp), to create your personal auto-hide objects for quick and easy hiding of sections of the body, for certain outfits.
