Sassy, the new sculpted wedges!

We've received many requests to make the frisky wedges in solid, basic colors. We thought about it long and hard, because we weren't sure if the cloth material would be interesting enough in basic colors. Besides that, most colors we tried turned out rather dull ;)

We planned on releasing some new wedges AND basic color friskies, but we changed our minds. We created a new velvet material that looked really nice in basic colors and for this 'chique' material we just 'needed' to make the more classy wedge :)
So since we are now doing just this one release, we made many many colors for them. There are 26 textures to choose from in total!!

Giftcards

We finally made the giftcards and set them up for sale at our mainstore. I hope the amounts make some sense. I can always add some and take some out, if ya'll prefer them to be in different values. We have 100, 250, 350, 500 and 1000 L cards now. They come in a folder with a lm and a notecard with instructions on how to validate them.



Our shoes are also up for sale at OnRez btw and when you buy something there you get to choose who you would like to have the goodies sent to. Which is also a great way to send people gifts. That way people will be able to receive items with copy permissions, which i personally always prefer above transfer considering inventory loss.. And an extra benefit of OnRez is that you can always have items (with copy perms) redelivered when inventory loss did occur and you didnt make a back up. Sounds like I own the site, lol. I just wanted to let ya'll know about the good service it provides and there are btw many great designers that sell their goods there!

Something to keep you warm!

We have released 2 warm and comfy sweaters.

'Jam' is a hooded sweater that comes with two sculpted hoods (one hood up and one hood down) and sculpted slouchy sleeves. There are five colors to choose from: black, brown, red, blue and green.



Although the hood up is quite large and it would be easy to adjust almost every hairstyle you own to fit the hood, we also made some special 'Jam Hood' sculpted hair. The hair is sold separately, in all our haircolors and of course the facial glow versions come with them too. So if you're not friends with the edit-sliders, you can check out the Jam hood-hair (free demos of the hair are available)

'Mirli' is a basic, warm sweater.. but with a bare back :) Each color sweater includes cami tops in 3 colors, to wear underneath (to cover your back for those cold days ;-) ). There are again 5 colors to choose from: black, brown, cherry, purple and sea.

Sculpted Sandals: Solace

It has gotten cold already, autumn is coming, I know!! But we just HAD to finish these sandals that we started a few months back. Mostly we are working on more than one shoe at a time. And at certain points, when we are banging our heads against the wall, totally frustrated because it's just not working out, we decide to let some shoe rest to be picked up at a later time (if ever). These sandals were one of those awfully delayed projects. But I am really happy we decided to take a break on them. In the meantime we have created a leather texture that was the perfect answer to our problem with these shoes. And it provided us all the inspiration to finally finish them.




We decided to make only basic colors for these sandals, which turned out in 3 tones of brown, a black and a faded teal leather. We have tried to make one in white, but I wasn't happy with the result, so I decided to cancel those. They are made up of 12 prims each (including the invisiprim).


Later this week we will release some basic colors for our Frisky wedges, because we received that request many times! We are also laying a final hand on some other wedges we started a while back and that we also needed to take a break from back than. So one more sandals release to come before we are ready to accept the cold weather. Talking of which, the Solace look pretty good with leggings and nylons, so they can be worn with a nice autumn outfit too!!

New Hair: River

I made River because I 'needed' an extremely straight and somewhat longer hairstyle. It eventually worked out pretty much how I wanted it to and to my surprise it consists of only about 40 prims. I did notice that when it was pulled larger for people with larger heads than 50 or with larger forheads, some bald spots appeared. So I have made a larger version that I included for this hair, and that version has a few prims added to fill it up again. since every head is slightly different, you might have to make some adjustments for a perfect fit. With the two size options, that shouldn't be a problem :)


Of course there is also a facial glow option included for each color and for River I really recommend wearing the glow version! With long flexi hair there's always a visible line that separates the upper and the lower part of the hair. Especially for the lighter haircolors this can look very unnatural. Therefore I attached 2 extra glow-prims to the glow versions of this hairstyle (for most colors anyway), which took pretty good care of this annoying break-line.
